EASIN - European Alien Species Information Network
EASIN new website is out!
EASIN is pleased to announce its new website, allowing users to explore information on Alien Species in Europe.
EASIN is an initiative of the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission aiming to assist policy-makers and scientists in their efforts to tackle Alien Species invasions. EASIN facilitates the exploration of information on Alien Species from a variety of distributed information sources through freely available and easy-to-use tools and interoperable web services, compliant with internationally recognized standards.
It is possible to engage and contribute to the EASIN network in a variety of forms, from scientific advice and policy-making to citizen science.
In the coming days the different sections and tools of the new website will be presented through the EASIN social media. Keep an eye!
