IAS of outermost regions concern

The Regulation (EU) No 1143/2014  takes account of the specific situation of the outermost regions, and in particular their remoteness, insularity and the uniqueness of their respective biodiversity.

The Art. 6 of the Regulation requires that Member States with outermost regions adopt specific lists of IAS of concern for each of these regions.
