A new trainee joins the EASIN team
We are glad to welcome Karolina Czechowska to the EASIN team!
Karolina has a background in marine biology. She gained experience in research and conservation projects in different locations including the Canary Islands (Spain) and Costa Rica.
There, she worked surveying and conserving local marine wildlife, as well as promoting awareness and education. In addition, she gained an insight into the policy side behind nature conservation at the Secretariat of the Convention of Migratory Species (UN CMS/ Bonn Convention).
Karolina is a new JRC EASIN trainee since September 2021.
