The Brussels-based EU Green Week 2018 conference will be starting on Monday 21 May and finishing on Friday 25 May.
The workshop results will feed into a ‘best practice’ report, to be produced following the event, summarizing these challenges and opportunities and making key recommendations for effective knowledge transfer.
The purpose of the Conference is to present the new EU Action Plan, which follows up the Fitness Check of the Nature Directives, and to discuss its implementation with Member States and stakeholders.

Members of the European Parliament Ricardo Serrão Santos and Pavel Poc will bring together scientists and politicians to discuss the Invasive Alien Species (IAS) issue in Europe.
