Horizon scanning for invasive non-native species with the potential to threaten biodiversity and ecosystems, human health and economies in Britain
Over the last century there has been a dramatic increase in the movement of non-native species around the world. Professor Helen Roy from the Centre for Ecology and Hydrology will be discussing the results of a recent horizon scanning exercise in which a group of experts predicted which invasive non-native species could arrive and have a negative impact in Britain over the next ten years.
