The species has been recorded at least three times from Italy, the Balearic Islands, and Cyprus (Ordines et al. 2018). I want to highlight the fact that there is a new record from Lebanon in Marine Mediterranean Science, Collective A, vol 21 (https://ejournals.epublishing.ekt.gr/index.php/hcmr-med-mar-sc/article/view/21987/19037).
