Is this an alien species in Europe?
If yes, we would need some scientific expertise in order to include it (taxonomic position, status, first record, synonyms, distribution, pathway, impacts, etc)

Yes, the species is reported by NOBANIS as alien in Russia, Germany and Poland

The valid name of the taxon according to the Plant List is Crataegus microphylla. Cr. coccinea is considered as synonym
