According to EASIN, the species is cited from Ireland in:

Minchin, D., 2007. Rapid coastal survey for targeted alien species associated with floating pontoons in Ireland. Aquatic Invasions 2(1): 63-70.

However, I cannot find it there:

Another problem is that the taxonomy of the genus has been recently re-assessed by molecular. We may never be able to understand to which species the original record belongs, so that I would suggest: Isognomon SPECIES sensu AUTHOR(YEAR)

the species is correct
the citation is wrong. The correct is Minchin 2007:
