I think it should be moved from alien to cryptogenics. Also in Wikipedia there is a quite good resume of the problem.

I agree this species should be cryptogenic. In the revision of Guinot & Macpherson 1987 they describe a new species - Pilumnoides inglei - as a native species to England instead of P. perlatus which considered as an alien species to this area.
