Citizens can play a relevant role not only in preventing biological invasions but also in mitigating their impacts. However, this topic remains unknown to many Portuguese and Spanish citizens. In this context, the Invasive Species Week - #SEI, held since 2020, aims to contribute to increasing knowledge and awareness about invasive alien species.
